Peanut Butter Machine

GMS130 series peanut butter machine (peanut maker) is designed for grinding not only peanut, but also sesame, cocoa, almond, to get smooth peanut butter, sesame butter/tahini, cocoa paste, almond paste, etc. It combines the function of superfine grinding, emulsification, homogenization and mixing. The butter can be adjusted between 2-50um.

Method of operation: By means of the relative movement of the different geometric shaped stator and rotor in high revolving speed. Peanuts enters the grinder due to the gravity, ambient pressure and centrifugal force comes under the action of strong shearing, rubbing, impacting, high frequency vibrations and whirling forces during the variable annular grinding gap between rotor and stator. Then the material will be effectively dispersed, pulverized, emulsified, homogenized and uniformed. Thereby creating the ideal size and quality of peanut butter.
